FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Morris County NJ In-Home Personal Trainer Carey Yang Helps Brides get into the best shape of their life, look and feel 100% wedding-dress confident using Intensive bridal shape-up fitness bootcamp training style.

Denville, NJ --June 28 , 2011 --For beautiful brides scrambling to get in shape, feel and look their best before wedding day now can experience the intensive bridal shape-up fitness training program exclusively offered by Morris County NJ #1 in-home personal trainer Carey Yang.

Yang is the founder and master trainer at Beyond Fitness Solutions, LLC based in Morris County, NJ also serving adjacent Somerset County, Essex County, Passaic County and Sussex County areas.

"Who doesn't want to look their best in the wedding day?" says Yang. "Brides have been waiting for this big day in their life. They all want to get into the best shape. Just imagine the wedding photos and videos that they will keep and see for a long time."

Yang adds, "over the years, I have trained brides, brides and bridesmaides, brides and grooms in private, semi-private and small-group training formats. They all have fun doing exercises and training together. The time together also helps them bond more intimately, relieve stress from preparing for the wedding, and improve their relationships.

"I feel happy for them and give them the best training I've got to make sure they're on track." Yang says. "The following is a testimonial from one of my recent bride client who is happy with my training services."

"To shape up and look my best for my wedding, I trained with Carey for about 3 months. The results are better than I expected. In addition to the hard-core workout with Carey, I learned valuable nutritional education, diet plan and healthy eating habit. I lost a couple of inches on my thighs, my arms, and around my waist and got rid of some cellulite in my trouble area. I have dropped 6 to 7% body fat just in time to fit my wedding dress perfectly. It̢۪s not always easy as I was so busy with work and wedding planning. I wanted to quit so many times. But Carey is always enthusiastic and energetic. He encourages me and helps me get back on track. His workout routines are always innovative and effective that I feel refreshing and every muscle is working hard all the time. I feel particularly confident and strong from the fusion workout mixed in kickboxing, yoga and Pilates. I highly recommend Carey if you want to see results."

The Best 321 Calorie Fat Burning Workout in 15 Minutes

Summer is right here now. It's hot and steamy!

Now you can't hide inside your baggy clothes like in winter time.

If you want to lose weight and shed body fat, there’s simply no way aound it. You absolutely must create some sort of caloric deficit. In the end you must burn more calories than you consume.

You have different options of cutting 300 calories. How you do it has far-reaching effect on your body.

There are many different ways of creating a calorie deficit. Some are more effective and efficient than others.

Option #1: Skip a meal

If you want to create an additional 300 calorie deficit a day, you could simply skip your morning bagel. If you skip the cream cheese, you could save 500 calories. (For the record, I'm not anti-bagel.)

Option #2: Walk an hour on the treadmill

You could walk for an hour on the treadmill to create the same 300 calorie deficit.

Option #3: Do 15 minutes of high intensity interval training workout

You could do a 15 minute high intensity interval training workout and create the same 300 calorie deficit.

Now here’s where things get a little more complicated than the numbers suggest.

In all three options, you are essentially creating an additional 300 calorie deficit a day. But not all calories are created equal. Two thumbs down on Option #1 and Option #2. Option#3 thump them all if you can do it.

Why?

Well, first, let’s say that you decide to create your caloric deficit solely by eliminating calories in your diet. This will only result in some nasty hormonal consequences, slowing down your metabolism . Your body will balance out the very deficit you are trying to create.

There are several issues for Option #2. Spending 60 minutes to burn 300 calories? That’s a long time to invest to burn less than a tenth of a single pound of fat. If you want to burn a pound of fat, you’d have to walk for close to 15 hours.

Who has the time?

Not for me.

The second problem with Option #2 is that there is virtually no so-called “afterburn” effect. Once the walking session is over, your calorie burnig–metabolism goes back on it's initial setpoint.

For Option #3, you’re investing much, much less time, but have the added benefit of the “afterburn” or elevated metabolism for the entire day and can last another day or two after the workout.

Which brings me to the question — how do you want to burn your calories?

Do you try to “diet” your pounds away?

Are you hoping to walk away 5, 10, or even 20 lbs? That will probably take you a few years (of walking).

Or have you embraced the power of intense exercise?

Granted, when you're starting up a fitness program, you're not likely to get right to high intensity training. Start slow yet consistently. Gradually increase the frequency, intensity and duration of your training and workout.

My friend, the choice is yours.

Leading Morris County NJ In-Home Personal Trainer Team Expands Fitness Training Service to Sussex, Passaic, Essex and Somerset County Areas

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

DENVILLE, NJ – May 27, 2011 – The leading Morris County in-home personal training company Beyond Fitness Solutions, LLC is expanding fitness training and nutrition coaching services to serve clients in surrounding Sussex, Passaic, Essex and Somerset County areas.

Based in Denville, “The Hub of Morris County,” in New Jersey, Beyond Fitness Solutions, LLC has been serving clients as far as 30 miles away. “I’m pleased to be able to help so many people lose weight, get fit and feel great in so many different towns,” said Carey Yang, owner and master trainer at Beyond Fitness Solutions, LLC.

“We have a successful online marketing and social media system, proven direct response mailing and client referral incentive targeted to our niche market. Despite of economic downturn in the last few years, we have actually experienced rapid business growth, expanded our service areas and raised our pricing,” said Yang. “It gets to the point that I have to turn away clients because of schedule conflict or long driving distance.”

“It’s about time to recruit talented more in-home personal trainers to join our team so that we can serve more clients and help more people,” Yang said.

There are a lot of benefits of having an in-home personal trainer coming to client’s home for training. Motivation and travel time are two of the biggest reasons. Just imagine the personal trainer shows up at the door at 5:30 in the morning.

Most people would not travel for more than 3 to 5 miles from their homes or work places to work out in a gym. Sometimes, they just don’t like to go to the gym near them if they have the choice.

In-home personal trainers usually travel up to 10 miles around their home bases. Some will charge travel fees if the client is outside of their usual driving distance. Most personal trainers try to stay as close as their home bases as travel time could become unbillable hours and reduce their profit margin.

“In Morris County areas, we’re also expanding to more towns including Denville, Boonton, Rockaway, Mountain Lakes, Parsippany, Morris Township, Morris Plains, Morristown, East Hanover, Whippany, Madison, Chatham, Mendham, Randolph, Chester, Flanders, Roxbury, and Succasunna,” Yang said. “We’ll add more towns and service areas as we add more personal trainers to our team.”

Morris County Celebrity Personal Trainer Carey Yang Reveals 9 Simple Strategies to Blast 500 Calories

Morris County Celebrity Personal Trainer Carey Yang Reveals Simple calorie-blasting, calorie-saving strategies to help you lose weight and burn more fat all day long. Yang is the president, owner and master trainer of Beyond Fitness Solutions, LLC.

Breakfast
Swap your bagel for an English muffin to slash 220 calories, a glass of whole milk for skim to save 70 calories, and a three-egg omelet for one egg and two egg whites, or pork sausage for turkey sausage to cut about 125 calories each.

Lunch
Try wearing a pedometer to measure out 10,000 steps a day or about 5 miles. You’ll automatically burn 500 calories without even hitting the gym.

Dinner
Rather than depriving yourself of food to drop pounds, simply use smaller plates. If you shrink the size of your dishes by a quarter, such as going from a 12-inch plate to a 9-inch plate, you’ll cut 500 calories without feeling deprived.

Dessert
Save up to 400 calories by making grilled fruit kebabs. Slice one peach and one small banana into quarters, thread four pieces fruit each onto two skewers, and brush with one tbsp honey each. Grill each side for about 4 minutes, or until flesh is tender but still firm. Sprinkle on cinnamon. Or, if you want to have your cake, cut a thin slice of pound cake, layer on berries and top with light whipped cream for a decadent-tasting dessert for less than 150 calories.

Dining Out
Before you head to a chain restaurant, check out the nutrition information on its web site. You’ll be able to make smarter meal choices. Instead of having Chili’s Steak and Portobello Fajitas for 1130 calories, you can choose Chili’s Classic Chicken Fajitas for just 360 calories—a savings of almost 800!

At Work
You can burn up to an extra 500 calories a day without doing a lot of activity simply by standing rather than sitting,. It can make the difference between burning 120 calories an hour versus 60 calories. If you can’t get away from your desk, try standing to make a phone call or read a report. Even shutting your office door to squeeze in 5 minutes of pushups or jumping jacks can burn another 50 calories.

Watching TV
Do some exercise during commercial break such as jumping rope or jogging in place. It burns about 10 calories a minute. If you watch an hour of TV a night and add cardio moves during the 10 commercial breaks that typically air, you could blast up to 300 extra calories without missing your favorite shows.

On Weekends
It's good to sleep in on weekends. Studies show people who get less than 6 hours of sleep eat up to 300 calories more during the day because a lack of sleep triggers the production of the hunger hormone, grehlin. Each extra hour of sleep could save you 100 calories. So don’t set your alarm on Saturday, and if you snooze, you lose.

During Workout
You can burn up to an additional 250 calories in a half-hour, or 500 in an hour, by incorporating intervals versus exercising at the same pace Whether you’re swimming laps, running, riding a stationary bike, or using the treadmill, you can increase the calorie burn by picking up the pace to the point where you are so out of breath that you can’t even talk for 30 seconds, then slow down for one and half minutes to recover.

Happy Client Praises MOrris County #1 Personal Trainer Carey Yang

Happy Client Praises Morris County Personal Trainer Carey Yang

I started working out with Carey a few weeks ago. I wanted to gain muscle, flexibility and work on my posture. I never thought that I would enjoy doing exercises but I look forward to our sessions. Carey is very knowledgeable about the mechanics of the body and uses this knowledge to make each exercise the most effective it can be, and by making sure that it is done properly, reaping the maximum benefit from the exercise. We do different exercises each time and it is never boring or repetitive, a problem that in the past, would have made me not want to exercise. He targets the areas that I needed the most, while still working the core with each exercise. I would highly recommend him as a trainer and am looking forward to becoming a stronger person through his guidance. I will continue to train with him and to recommend him to my friends who are tired of the whole “gym” thing.

Morris County Fitness Expert Says Gluen-Free Diet May Make You Fat

Gluten-free diet craze is riding the wave high these two years. Some experts swear by it that gluten-free will help you lose weight. Some experts debunked the myths. The American public is finding it difficult to take a stand. So who's right?

Dr Oz Gluten Diet

Dr Oz’s show today was called “The Gluten Myth: Is It Really Making Us Fat?”  Turns out, the answer might just be yes!  Is gluten the real enemy these days?  Millions of people currently think that gluten is the #1 thing that is preventing them from losing weight.  Is this a Gluten Myth?  Or is a Gluten-Free Diet a new way to lose weight?

Dr Oz Gluten-Free Products

Dr Oz Gluten-Free Diet

Doctor Oz said that Gluten is what makes bagels chewy and dough elastic.  Gluten is found in wheat, barley and rye.  The scary thing is that 99% of people who have a Gluten Sensitivity do not even know it.  Gluten is actually a protein, not a carb, that is found in the center of a grain and is found in bread, cereals, pizza, pasta and countless other items.

Only ten years ago, nobody was talking about Gluten-Free Diets, but now there are tons of Gluten-Free Products on the market because people have become more aware of Celiac Disease or Gluten Sensitivity (click here to read more about Celiac Disease & Gluten Intolerance).  But is it a good idea to go on a Gluten-Free Diet to help you lose weight if you do not have Celiac Disease or a Gluten Sensitivity?

Dr Oz: Gluten Sensitivity & Celiac Disease

Doctor Oz was joined by Dr Mark Hyman, a medical director at the Ultrawellness Center, to discuss Gluten-Free Diets.  Dr Oz said that first it was transfats, then corn syrup and now gluten is getting the blame for being overweight – but is Gluten really a bad guy?  Dr Hyman said that if you have a Gluten Sensitivity, then eating gluten can really hurt your body because it causes inflammation which is linked to 50 disease including Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Depression, Anemia, Arthritis, and even an increase in your risk of Heart Disease and Cancer.

Dr Oz: Celiac Disease

Dr Oz asked how many people think that a Gluten-Free Diet is the same thing as a Low Carb Diet?  If you think this, then you are wrong, because Gluten is actually a protein and not a carb.  A study was done on patients with Celiac Disease and found that 81% of them gained weight when they went on a Gluten-Free Diet, and most of this is due to the Gluten-Free Junk Food on the market.

Even worse than gaining weight from these Gluten-Free Products is the fact that 20 million Americans have a Gluten Sensitivity and 99% do not even realize it, so they are causing inflammation in their bodies that can cause insulin resistance and a whole slew of other problems (click here to read about Celiac Disease Symptoms: Dr Oz Celiac Disease).

However, if you do not have Gluten Sensitivity or Celiac Disease, then Dr Hyman and Dr Oz both seemed to agree that you should not go on a Gluten-Free Diet, and you should especially avoid Gluten-Free Junk Food because you are paying extra money for products that are just as bad for you if not worse.

Dr Oz: Gluten-Free Diet

Dr Oz brought onto his show Samantha Cassetty RD, a Nutrition Director of Good Housekeeping Research Institute, who said that there are three main problems with Gluten-Free Products:

1.  Gluten-Free Products have more calories.  Cassetty said that Good Housekeeping looked at dozens of regular foods vs Gluten-Free Foods and found that the Gluten-Free options had more calories.  For example, a Gluten-Free Waffle has 270 calories and a regular waffle has 140 calories.  Gluten-Free Crackers have 130 calories, whereas regular crackers have 70 calories.

2.  Gluten-Free Products are lower in fiber, and fiber helps to keep you full so that you do not eat more later on.  A Gluten-Free English Muffin has 1 gram of fiber, whereas a regular English Muffin has 3 grams of fiber.  There are 2 grams of fiber in Gluten-Free Whole Grain Bread, compared to 4 grams of fiber in regular whole grain bread.  So by eating these Gluten-Free Products, you are actually eliminating something from your diet that could help you to lose weight!

3.  Gluten-Free Products generally have more Bad Carbs, which spike your blood sugar and make it harder to control cravings, and they may have less Good Carbs as well.

So what is the bottom line?  Dr Oz firmly believes that there is no reason that anyone should be on a Gluten-Free Diet unless there is a medical reason to be on it (such as Gluten Sensitivity or Celiac Disease).

America's Toughest Strength Trainer Jillian Michaels' New Book UNLIMITED Recommended by Morris County Personal Trainer Carey Yang

With eight million viewers in each NBC hit show The Biggest Loser, Jillian Michaels has catapulted from a California personal trainer to a household name as the America's toughest strength trainer.

Love her or hate her? Maybe both. It's a tough-love.

Her no-BS, no-excuse, take-no-prisoner approach to weight loss and fitness training is exactly what I'm embracing.

More than just losing weight and getting fit, Jillian just released her new book "Unlimited: How to Build an Exceptional Life" that is aimed to help many people to transform their life and build an exceptional life that lasts.

Losing weight involves both inner working and outer workout. Two-thirds of Americans are either overweight or obese. It's a $100-Billion-a-Year weight-loss industry. So many people make their New Year's resolutions to start exercising and eating healthy. Half of them give up by summer. Then they go on diet. The vicious dieting cycle goes around again until holidays.

People must make decisions and really commit to themselves to making the changes. They  have to address to root causes of overweight, not just to patch up the symptoms.

It's about the relationship with YOU. It's about removing the inner roadblocks that prevent you from achieving what you want. In the end, it's about becoming the person you say you want to be.

'Unlimited" helps you understand and use your power to make positive choices that leads to making your dreams become a reality in every aspect of your life.

"Unlimited" offers inspiration and strategies to help the readers build an exception life. It's a must-read for anyone who needs a dose of inspiration, motivation, a roadmap and a complete how-to plan.

Why Morris County Personal Trainer Carey Yang Beats the Local Fitness Business Competition

Health and Fitness business is a $100 Billion-a-Year market. It can be very profitable but aslo very competitive as people have so many different options of losing weight, getting fit, getting nutrition help.

I have personally witnessed shutdown of one big national chain health club and a small local personal training studio in the recent economic downturn.

So the excuses for “too big to fall” or “so small and easy to nibble” are simply not true. It all depends on the success in marketing, sales and management regardless of business sizes or structures.

Here are my top 12 strategies for growing my in-home personal fitness traning business in the past three years and dominating my local competitive fitness market.

* Side Note: Just how competitive the fitness market is near me? Think about the business stores along the 2-mile county road, I can count off 2 integrated fitness studios, 2 yoga studios, 2 Taekwondo schools (which also offers cardio and kickboxing classes), 2 personal training studios, 1 Weight-Watcher, 1 Curves fitness, one 24-hour low-cost franchise gym, one super-cheap franchise fitness club.
  1. Know yourself and continue to master yourself.
  2. Know what makes you sing in the morning, even at 5 am.
  3. Know your market or niche market really inside out.
  4. Know your numbers – cash flow, leads, conversion rate, etc.

New Research Shows Benefit of Weight Lifting and Strength Traininig for Breast Cancer Patients

It's a very physically and emotionally draining process when breast cancer patients undergo cancer treatment. For years, breast cancer patients are usually advised not to lift anyting heavy after surgery.

New research shows that strength training after lump removal could help decrease risk of lymphedema (a limb-swelling condition) by 35 percent according to a University of Pennsylvania study.

The researchers say that the small amount of physiological stress that weight lifting puts on the body helps increase it's ability to fight inflammation - a key cause of lymphedema.

Cancer patients are recommended to get the doctor's approval before starting a weight lifting or strength training program. Also look for a certified personal fitness trainer who understand your conditions and can tailor the workout routine and exercise program to your needs.

Fight Cancer with Regular Exercise with Morris County Personal Trainer

If having a cancer, recovering from it or surviving it didn’t give you enough scare and motivation to start a regular exercise program, you’d better wake up and do it now,” says Carey Yang, a Certified Personal Trainer, fitness expert and president of Beyond Fitness Solutions, LLC based in Denville, New Jeresy.

According to new guidelines published by Dr. Kathryn Schmitz of the University of Pennsylvania and her colleages, cancer survivors are urged to exercise even more than those undergoing treatment.

There are nearly 12 million cancer survivors nationwide. There is no positive proof yet that more active people may lower risk of a cancer recurrence. As with any aging people, the longer cancer survivors live, the better the exercise can help them fight rhe risk of heart disease.

In general, physical activity improves quality of life and eases some cancer-related fatigue. Regular exercise can minimize physical functioning from declining too quickly after the therapy.

Dr. Wendy Demark-Wahnefried of the University of Alabama at BirminghamIn says, “in one year, women who needed chemotherapy for their breast cancer can see a swapping of muscle for fat that’s equivalent to 10 years of normal aging. In other words, a 45-year-old may find herself with the fatter, weaker body type of a 55-year-old.”

The American College of Sports Medicine also issued guidelines this month advising cancer survivors to aim for the same amount of exercise as recommended for the average person – about 2 1/2 hours a week.

Yang offers his tips for cancer patients and cancer survivors as to how to start a regular exercise program to help them recover from cancer treatment quicker and reduce the risk of cancer recurrence.

1.Consult your oncology doctor before starting an exercise program.
2. See a certified personal trainer or specialist who understand your conditions and your special needs.
3. Start slowly at lower intensity and shorter duration.  Build it up progressively. Consistency is the key to success.
4. Never give up. There are many support services to help you.

Crush Your Fat Genes with Morris County Personal Trainer Carey Yang

Morris County Personal Trainer Carey Yang will lead a new group fitness training class titled “Crush Your Fat Genes: Train Like a Fitness Model Without Being One” starting Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at 7:30 pm. This fat-burning and muscle-toning boot camp will take place at Morris Knolls High School in Rockaway, New Jersey.

DENVILLE, NJ -- February 20, 2011 – Two-thirds of Americans are either overweight or obese. Obesity has become epidemic and the number one disease to fight against to minimize the risk of cancer, cardiovascular conditions, and high blood pressure.

“Overweight and obesity has negatively impacted our healthcare system and drained our resources,” says Carey Yang, a personal trainer and owner of Beyond Fitness Solutions, LLC based in Denville, New Jersey.

“As a personal trainer, my job is help my clients get on a healthy lifestyle by motivating them, doing regular workout through strength training and cardio exercises, and eating a nutrient-rich diet,” said Yang. “The problem is that far too many people are too busy to do any of those due to modern lifestyle. It’s my mission to change and reverse the down trend.”

Many fat people blame their fat genes by looking at their parents and family. Some research findings seem to prove that. But it is not conclusive. Obesity is the result of many influences. Genetics is only one of them.

“Most of the factors that affect body composition are entirely under your control. These factors include how much you eat, what you eat, when you eat, what type of exercise you do, how frequently you exercise, how long you exercise and how hard you exercise,” Yang said.

Yang is leading a group fitness training class called “Crush Your Fat Genes: Train Like a Fitness Model Without Being One.”

This fitness training program lets the students experience the most effective, time-efficient workouts for fat loss and muscle toning. “Whatever it takes” is the motto.

“Yes, you can train and look like a fitness model without being one, at any age. The total-body CORE program combines kickboxing and self-defense while utilizing bodyweight and light weights,” Yang said. “You’ll walk out of the training with a sense of pride, self-confidence and feeling of strength, energy and stamina.”

The group fitness class will be held at Morris Knolls High School, 50 Knoll Drive in Rockaway, New Jersey on Tuesdays March 8, 15, 22 and 29 from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm.

The class is $49 per person for all 4 sessions. Registration is required by calling Morris Hills Adult and Continuing Education at (973) 664-2295 or visiting online http://www.mhcontinuingedu.com/. Enter class code 6173.

DENVILLE, NJ — February 3, 2011 — Stress, time constraints and the ready availability of unhealthy food leave many Americans frustrated in their desire to lead a fit and healthy lifestyle. The average Americans who struggle with the challenge of weight gain and eating healthy would soon realize that it’s another year past by without making any progress or even getting worse.

What works and what doesn’t when it comes to losing weight and getting fit? Residents in Morris County area now can learn valuable tips and strategies to overcome the obstacles from achieving their goals in health and fitness.

Morris County personal trainer and fitness expert Carey Yang will present a Fitness Seminar on “Confessions of a Personal Trainer: Secrets to Losing Those Last 10 Pounds Forever.” Yang is Owner and Master Personal Trainer at Beyond Fitness Solutions, LLC in Denville, New Jersey.

In this special seminar, Yang spills the beans as he opens his vault of secrets to beating the New Year’s resolutions drop outs and losing those last ten pounds forever.

Yang says: the two-thirds of Americans who are already struggling with their weight are likely to put on another 10 to 15 pounds over the winter season. This is a year-after-year vicious cycle. People gain weight during the holiday and winter season and try to lose weight throughout the year. Most people fail in their effort for the same reason. They end up with net weight-gain of 5 to 10 pounds a year. Gradually, they’re 10, 20, then 30 pounds overweight or more.

New Year’s resolutions seem to make people more depressed than uplifting. Most people break their New Year’s resolutions by the end of January. More people simply quit making any of them or setting any goals.

“The keys to making successful New Year’s resolutions are making the right, healthy and challenging goals backed up with daily, weekly, monthly and yearly action steps,” Yang says. “Support system is very important in helping you stay on track. It could be an accountability partner, workout buddy, personal trainer, fitness coach, mastermind group, or online community.”

In this special fitness and wellness seminar revealing real secrets to weight loss, body transformation, nutrition and personal success, the attendees will learn:
  • The 3 myths about the New Year’s Resolutions
  • Top 10 common reasons why most fitness and nutrition programs fail
  • The vicious diet cycle and how to break out of it
  • 5 keys to transforming your body in record time
  • Why is this year different from the past?
